Metro Bus Pass Ride anytime for half fare if you are 65 or older, or handicapped. Verification from doctor required, cost $2.00. Pass with photo distributed on the second Wednesday of any month, between 10:00 am and noon, at the Salvation Army. For information call the Salvation Army at, 716-883-9800 or the NFTA at 716-855-7227 Parking Pass City of Buffalo and outlying areas issue a permit to park in “handicapped” spaces. Call your town hall or the Advocacy Office at 716-885-4204 for details. Access Pass Free use of New York State parks, historic sites and recreational facilities by disabled residents. (Includes free parking, camping, golf course fees, and swimming.) Proper certification and photo required. Artpark The season schedule and a pamphlet containing information on services for handicapped persons are available in large print and Braille.
