Our Vision
To help visually impaired adults and children, as well as those with other physical challenges, live optimally without barriers.

Our Mission
To help individuals with visual impairments and those with other physical challenges achieve their highest level of independence.

Our Values
Customer driven. Our goal is to excel in the eyes of our customers. We evaluate the impact of every decision on our customers.

Integrity. We act with integrity and honesty and deliver what we promise.

Excellence. We demonstrate a commitment to quality and excellence, using "best practices" in our business activities as our benchmark.

Teamwork. We believe that our team's performance is more important than the contribution of any individual employee. Our employees make decisions and take action with the entire team in mind.

Accountability. Each employee is accountable for his/her own job performance, and to his/her colleagues and customers to deliver results. We believe that accountability = freedom + responsibility.
